A one-on-one childbirth class allows you to absorb the information you need to go into this particular labour you are approaching with confidence. Customizable, means that I will teach you this class in conversation with your previous experiences, current understandings of childbirth, and personal preferences in mind.


When we meet one on one virtually, I can focus on the areas of childbirth education that are going to be most helpful to you and/or you and your birth partner.

A thorough and customizable childbirth preparation class covering the stages of labour, powerful relaxation techniques, partner support education and more. This 2.5 hour class will help you prepare to give birth from a place of peace, leaving you confident and informed about labour and childbirth.
